This is a very interesting question of how good we will do next season,will it be pretty or ugly?.This season have been a rollercoaster ride for the Players and The Club,we haven't do any big mistake that cause anything bad but sometimes as a fan we are not satisfied with the players performence.So far who have been our best players??
Next season will be a whole different situation because im pretty confidence that we will qualify for the Champions League,but how far will we travel this time around after an embarassing defeat to the hand of Arsenal powered by little kid last season,that faithful night i was asking myself whether we are good or strong or fast enough to compete and win the Cup again..
First the Italian Serie A,i feel we have a very strong chance to win the Serie A after so long of painful waiting,Inter will have to step up their game.Mourinho will once again conduct Inter to defend their title but it will not going to be easy this time,Juventus and Milan is right in Inter's path to clash with them.For the first time we will have a good mixture of youth and veterans to not just win the Serie A but dominate it.
Pato will mature better next season as he will reach 20 years of his life,with great help from Thiao Silva,Fillipe Mattioni etc...we will find ourselves as a true favorite to win.
Secondly The Uefa Champions League,yes this is the cup we have won for seven times.We will confidenly pass the group stages but beware of the later stages where the compittion will get tougher and tougher.The respect we will recieve from the opponent will enable us to get comfortable space to play our game but Carletto need to change his dependency towards the old legs.Until he show any sign of him wanting to change the tactics and the line up,i will still have a big doubt if we will have any chances to even touchdown at semifinal.

It will be pretty next season,we can grab all the trophy that we participate in.The biggest different is we will have the youngsters to drive Milan forward.Serie A will be less tougher considering the superb line up Milan got.I agree the youth players in Milan is a worldclass youngsters,so there's no way we cant beat the hell out of Inter and Juve..
The UCL will be hard though,the team will get better..
Like Acu said before we didn't spend big and the ukrainian,russian and English team is splashing money for fun..
luckily Tottenham will not compete too,otherwise Milan will be seen as the underdog based on the money we spend..
Azmus,dont u think we have the best players for low price??
look at how much we pay for Pato,Ronnie,Cuffy or even Kaka..
we always have the good negotiation when i comes to buying players..

Cuffy didn't do well and for what i understand we paid handsome money for Pato..

we dont spend big but we get good player...
but some of them is not even better than the players we already have..
so why buys the players that will not going to completely change Milan??
It's important that we BUILD a team and not BUY a team. Loyalty and pride for the club should still be honored. I don't want Milan to turn into Real Madrid or Chelsea where they just BUY mercenaries who say they have "loyalty" to the club but are only there for personal glory.
But I wish Berlosconi would spend a little bit more on players..
Kaka was definately the BEST Value out of them all. And we shouldn't judge Pato yet. Please remember he's so young! He has many years ahead of him. And I believe Cuffy was also a good buy..he never really had a chance at Milan because Ancelotti loves Seedorf (even Ronnie knows how much Carlo loves Seedorf because he's been benched habitually now.) We need to give our youth a chance and not spend so much on mercenaries.
Galaxy rejected the initial 5 million bid for Becks. Let's see how much Berlosconi and Galliani are willing to spend for GOLDEN BALLS. hahaha

I don't really want to think of next season yet since this season isn't over by a long margin. I believe we will sign 1 or 2 key players this summer that could change our squad. (A defender and class striker hopefully) And we need to SELL excess players who aren't needed.
With this season i really believe we have a chance with the Scudetto and UEFA Cup. We just need focus and consistency from our players. I hope we win them both. I also hope we beat the team who wins the Champion's League during the UEFA Supercup and prove that Milan are the TRUE EUROPEAN POWERHOUSE.
Vit,I agree that we should build up the talent we have rather than just buying the so called worldclass players...

I know for the fact that Iniesta plays better nowdays...
So build them slowly trough the rank until they became good enough to be inducted as the starting eleven...
Yeah.. but too bad it takes us too long to build our players through the ranks unlike Barcelona, Ajax, and Arsenal who have the best youth systems in the world.
that's the reason why i also understand the need to buy 1 or 2 superstars each year as well as improve our youth system and youth.
Milan vs Reggina last night was dissapointing. Only Flamini and Becks (with his crosses) played well.
I'm sure Mohd will post a complete review on the match soon. I'll just post there.
